Join us for a swinging Christmas as local favorites Ricky and The Buzzcatz present their annual show full of classic & jazzy holiday favorites! Frontman Ricky Sylvia and his band The Buzzcatz have been entertaining Central Florida audiences for over 25 years. Special guest vocalist Carmen Harrell joins the band.
There will be pre-show cocktail hour from 6:15-7:15pm in the museum rotunda (cash bar) and will feature live jazz from The Jeff Rupert Quartet. Saxophonist Jeff Rupert is also the Director Of Jazz Studies at The University Of Central Florida; and his weekly radio show "Jazz & The American Spirit" can be heard on Thursday & Sunday nights on 89.9 WUCF FM.
The show is General Admission (check in) in the intimate Suntrust Auditorium. (There's not a bad seat in the house). Handicap seating is available. There will be no food served or available at this event, it's cocktails and concert only. The auditorium is located at The Orlando Museum Of Art, just off of the museum Rotunda.
